By using our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

About Your Atlas (1)

Your Atlas provides digital travel guides and travel-related information designed to help customers plan and enjoy their trips.

Our guides are available in different editions, including Pocket Editions and Complete Editions, with the contents and level of detail varying between products.

Digital Products (2)

All travel guides sold through Your Atlas are digital products, supplied electronically in formats such as PDF.

After completing your purchase, you will receive access to download the product to the email address provided at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that the email address and device you provide are capable of receiving and opening the digital product.

Prices and Payment (3)

All prices displayed on our website are in the GDP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been completed.

Payments are processed through our chosen payment provider. Your Atlas does not store your full payment card details.

Use of Our Guides (4)

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable to use the guide for your own personal travel planning.

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute the guide.

• Share the download with other people.

• Upload the guide to websites, social media, file-sharing platforms or other services.

• Resell or commercially distribute the guide.

• Reproduce any parts of the guide without our written permission.

All content within Your Atlas guides, including text, graphics, original materials, remains the property of Your Atlas or its respective rights holders.

Travel Information and Disclaimer (5)

Our guides are created using research, recommendations and travel experiences and are intended for general travel planning and informational purposes.

Travel information can change. Prices, opening hours, transport routes, visa requirements, safety conditions and other information may change after a guide has been published.

While we make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, we cannot guarantee that every piece of information will remain current or accurate at all times.

You are responsible for checking important and time-sensitive information with relevant official sources before travelling, particularly visa and entry requirements, health requirements, travel restrictions and safety advice.

Your Atlas does not accept responsibility for losses, costs or inconvenience resulting from reliance on information contained within our guides, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds & Digital Content (6)

Because our products are digital downloads, refunds for change of mind may not be available once the digital content has been downloaded, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

If you experience a problem with a download or receive a file that is corrupted, incomplete or materially different from its description, please contact us at youratlasguidesgmail.comand we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms affects any legal rights you have under applicable UK consumer law. UK law provides protections for digital content, including requirements that it meets its description and is of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
